Add Gematria mode 10 (v1.3.0)

Port gematria logic from gematria.py: Hebrew/Arabic/English letter
values with --lang flag (hebrew|arabic|english|all). Added to both
bin/zitsbit and distributed zitsbit.js. Version bumped to 1.3.0.
